Microalgae in feed provides climate friendly salmon
Farmed salmon and livestock can soon get climate-friendly feed. Norwegian test plants can now produce reliable algae substances that can replace imported soy. “This is the green gold and the biological raw material may contain 60 percent protein, which is more than twice as much as in the imported soy we are so dependent on today”

Alice Group – Algaeponic Innovation
The two biochemical companies, Alice Algae Iceland and Svinna-Engineering Ltd have joined forces in developing an algaeponic system combining fish and/or crayfish in the aquaculture part of the system and microalgae in the hydroponic part.
